DARLSCO Inspection Services its subsidiaries (herein referred as DARLSCO), management and its staff, customers and website users very seriously and it takes appropriate security measures to safeguard/protecting your privacy during the usage of our services, products and its supplies. This policy explains how DARLSCO process, share, manage, and protection any personal data you share with DARLSCO.
You provide DARLSCO with personal data on completion of an Application form, a request for quote form, a website form, over the telephone, when DARLSCO is undertaking the process of certification or by general correspondence. This data includes name, address, email address, telephone number, government recognized identity cards, documents and possibly any relevant certificate and banking data. DARLSCO has analysed the types of data is holds and has created a register of data.
Information We Collect from You
Some of the information we collect use cookies and similar technologies when our services are utilized and our service portfolio. The cookies are controlled through technology and through security control. We also use “Facebook”, and “Instagram” communication for our Branding and Business Development activities and hence your allowing non-identified data for analysis purpose.
We don’t request, collect or save credit card details/information during the process of registration for certification process. However, during the time of subscription, the details obtained are such as last four digits, expiration date, country of issuance, is to process our payment. The payment processors will be decided soon, and the privacy policies for more information about they use your personal information.
Once the registration is completed, we can review and change your personal information in your account. If our personal information needs to be removed/changed, please contact us on the details provided.
Retain of Personal Information
DARLSCO use your personal data to manage and administer its certification services, in order to provide Accredited Certification Services, DARLSCO has to follow International standards, industry standards and Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) requirements. Data must be obtained, reviewed and retained on DARLSCO systems including and audit reports, request for quotes, client files, staff files etc. for DARLSCO to continue to provide certification services. The personal details/ information we collect from you will be retained as long as your account is active and to provide our services. In addition, we retain your information as pe the local requirement (regulatory), and to protect us in the event of any disputed directly or indirectly to enforce our agreement and to protect or and the interested parties’ interest.
Your account will be deleted if you wish to do so. Please send an email to privacy.certification@darlsco.com and all your personal details will be deleted (unless we need to retain it for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy).
